Working with the Customer's management staff, the following activities are typically carried out by Loy Clark Pipeline before construction mobilization.

• Participate in developing any required community relations plan.

• Develop a construction facilities plan.

Portland General Electric Canyon Cutover, Portland, Oregon 1999 Excavation and installation of electrical duct bank and vaults.  Tie into the existing electrical system.
MCI Worldcom Tacoma Fiber Loop 1999 Excavation and directional drilling to install the conduit duct bank and vaults for the fiber option system.
NW Natural Reinforcement and supply line installation in Camas, Washington. 2000 Installation of 1.5 miles of 12" mains.
Fluor Global Services Level 3 Fiber Optic Loop, Seattle to Sacramento 2000 Excavation and installation of fiber optic duct bank and vault installation within the Portland metro area.
Pacific Gas & Electric Natural gas pipeline installation in Sacramento, California. 2001 Installation of 4,500 feet of 8" gas main.
Hoffman Construction Brewery Blocks, Portland, Oregon 2001 Trench and installation of electrical and communication duct bank.  Set several large vaults for both the electrical and communication systems.
Portland General Energy Solutions Brewery Blocks, Portland, Oregon 2001 Excavation and installation of 2 - 20" steel pipes for a chilled water loop system.
Portland General Broadband Brewery Blocks, Portland, Oregon 2001 Excavation and installation of communication ducts bank and vaults.
Praxair Nitrogen piping in Pittsburg, California. 2002 Installation of 2,500 feet of 8" nitrogen distribution system.
Portland General Electric / City of Salem Portland Road - Phase I, Salem, Oregon 2002 Trench and installation of 12,200 feet of electrical, communication and natural gas duct bank.  Excavation and installation of the electrical and communication vaults.  Tie the new systems into the existing.  Perform the restoration of the AC streets and sidewalks.
Tualatin Valley Water District 130th & Butner, Beaverton, Oregon 2002 Excavate, prep and pave 7,200 square feet of a waterline trench.
Oregon Electric Group Port of Portland - Terminal 4, Toyota Dock 2003 Excavation and backfill of 20,000 feet of trench for electrical and communication duct bank.  Excavation and setting of the electrical vaults.
Salem Electric Portland Road - Valpak Road Phase II, Salem, Oregon 2003 Trench and installation of 1,900 feet of electrical, communication and natural gas duct bank.  Tie the duct banks into the existing utility systems.
Portland General Electric 47th Avenue SE, Salem, Oregon 2003 Directional drill 8,700 feet to install 6" and 4" conduit to replace the direct bury electrical cable.  Excavate and set the electrical vaults.  Perform the tie-ins into the new and existing vaults.
Portland General Electric Gresham Yard Paving, Gresham, Oregon 2003 Dig out and pave 6,634 square feet and overlay 71,390 square feet of asphalt parking lot.
Portland General Electric OHSU Hillside Bore 2003 Directional drill 420 feet in rock and install 4 - 6" conduits.  Provide and set 1 - 5106 vault and perform the tie-ins.
