In 1999, Loy Clark Pipeline joined forces with MDU Resources Group, Inc. and became a part of Utility Services, Inc.

PAST AND PRESENT

Mr. Loy Clark founded Loy Clark Pipeline in 1957 in Beaverton, Oregon. For over 40 years the company has grown and prospered. In 1993 the company was named one of the top 10 growth companies by the Portland Chamber of Commerce and in 1996, Oregon State University presented the company with the Austin Family Business Award. In 1999 Loy Clark Pipeline Company was acquired by MDU Resources Group, Inc. and became a part of Utility Services, Inc.
